Neil Davidson

Neil Davidson is a composer and guitar player specialising in improvised musics. He is a member of the ensembles Asparagus Piss Raindrop (glitter ball of collaborative composition), The Final Five (exquisite corpse of free jazz), Yoke of Blood (lady garden of death metal), Muris (a cat with €50) & The Glasgow Improvisers Orchestra. He also works in higher education teaching performance and composition. Past performances of composed music include work by: Liene Rozite, Mariam Rezaei, Michael Pisaro, Stefan Thut, Jane Dickson, James Saunders, Angharad Davies, Maya Dunietz, Julia Letitia Scott, George Brecht, George Lewis, Charles Ross, Pauline Oliveros & Jean-Luc Guionnet.
