Phantom Chips’ homemade ‘lectronix squeals bend charm and harsh mangled tones thru tactile electronics for righteous 23rd century skree made with interactive bleep sea squids… Performing with an array of homemade electronic instruments, samplers and wearable noisemakers Phantom Chips gets the audience electronics and making noise with her. These tactile instruments create sound through stretch and touch enabling physical musical expression.
Bristol based artist Tara Pattenden works in the field of handmade electronics, installation, video, noisy improvisation and soft circuitry. Originally from Australia she has been exhibiting, performing and releasing music internationally since the nineties.
